Chanakya being the famous buddhist monk during bindusara region, was an ancient Indian teacher, philosopher, economist, jurist as well as a royal advisor.
Other than known as the famous buddhist, he is traditionally identified as Kautilya and/or Vishnugupta, who authored the ancient Indian political treatise called the Arthashastra. (Arthashastra is a text dated to roughly between the 2nd century BCE and the 3rd century CE.)
=> Chanakya was born in Chanaka village in Golla region in Jain legends and/or Takshashila which is in Buddhist legends.
=> He died in Pataliputra, India.
=> His occupation was being a teacher, philosopher, economist, jurist,and the most important the advisor of Chandragupta Maurya.
