Hi Mate,

Baba Ram Chandra was an Indian trade unionist who organised the farmers of India into forming the united front to fight against abuses of landlords in 1920s and 1939s.

* In Awadh, peasants were led by Baba Ramchandra - a sanyasi.

* Baba Ramchandra, was an indentured labourer

who had been to Fiji himself.

* He listened to the grievances of Awadh peasants.

* He organised the peasants and made them to start 'nai-dhobi bhands' so that the Landlords would be deprived from the basic services of even barbers and washermen.

* Later on, he was one the leading figures in the oudh Kisan Sabha then it was formed along with Jawaharlal Nehru.
