The County Inspector was a round little man with a red face. He carried a box of tools with dials and wires.

His work was to repair mechanical teachers who were not performing well and/or meeting their standards. He repaired Margie's mechanical teacher when it was showing a problem in the Geography sector and reset it to a standard ten year old level.
