The daffodils were dancing with the waves.
Figures of Speech:
Personification - The waves and daffodils have been attributed the action of dancing, which is a human action, and cannot be performed by the waves and daffodils in reality.
The stanza which talks of the waves dancing, does not have any figure of speech beside personification. However, the other figures of speech used in the poem are imagery, hyperbole, alliteration, simile and metaphor.
