Hitler assigned this task to Hjalmar Schacht who aimed full production and full employment through a state-funded programme. this also was when the famous german highways. But Schacht was catious and also advised hilter not to invest largely in rearmament as there were a lot of finacial problems. Catious people had no plce in Germany and Schacht had to leave and Hilter chose war as a way to solve his problems
