harsha was known as harshvardhan. harshavardan was an indian emperor who ruled north india from 606 yo 647CE . he was a member of the pushyabhuti dynasti and was the son of the prabhakarvardhan who defeated the alchon huna invaders, and the younger brother of rajyavanrdhan , a king of thaneshar, present day haryana. he was died in 647 CE.
