'Lenin's 'April Theses'.

Explanation:

Vladimir Lenin was the leader of Bolsheviks in Russia. He returned to Russia in the year 1917 from exile. After his return, he and some other political leaders opposed the war.  

He brought forward three demands which in the history of Russia came to be known as  'Lenin's 'April Theses'. His three demands included the following:

  1. The war has to be ended and Russia should withdraw itself from the ongoing war.
  2. The system of feudalism should be banned by abandoning land among the peasantry.
  3. The Banks of Russia should be nationalized.
