• He was Bron in Belfast, Ireland.

• His Role was in the Law of Conservation of Energy which was Suggested By the work of three person :- James Joule, Julius Mayer and Herman Helmholtz.

• He did Collabration with James Joule therefore this effect named as Joule - Thomson Effect.

• Joule - Thomson Effect :- Cooling of a gas when it expands into vacuum.

• Thomson was a Versatile Physicist, with notable contributions to Hydrodynamics and Electromagnetic thoery.
