Lord munodi is a minor character, but he plays the important role of showing the possibility of individual dissent within a brainwashed community. He is thus, a sensible man in all of Laputa.

Lord munodi is a character of gullivers travels in the 3rd part when gulliver is on a visit to the floating island of laputa.
While gulliver was about to go to balnibarbi and it's metropolis namely lagado he got a recommendation for someone whose name was lord munodi.
Munodi offered Gulliver an apartment in his own house.
Munodi took him for a round to see the town on his chariot.
Lord munodi was a person of 1st rank and was the governor of lagado for some years. But by a cabal of ministers he was discharged for insufficiency.
The king treated the lord with tenderness. Munodi was a well meaning man but was of low contemptible understanding.
Munodi took him everywhere in balnibarbi and lagado and explained him everything.
