Maximilian Robespierre was the leader of Jacobins club. He followed a policy of severe control and punishment. His method were not well so, his members of his own party did not agree with his methods. Robespierre's govt issued laws placing maximum ceiling on wages and prices. He persued his policies that even his supporters began to demand moderation. On July 1794 he arrested and guillotine.
