After the fall of jacobin goverment the power went into the hands of rich people.They made a new national assembly called directory which was consisted of 5 executives.They often clashes with legislature and this gave a rise to the Dictator general NAPOLEAN BONAPRTE.He declared himself as the emperor of france In 1804.He conquered all the Countries in europe he introduce many laws such as right to property etc.Many european Countries regardes him as Invader.so they make a ally with many countries to attack at him and Finally he was defeated at waterloo in 1815.
