napolean did various things but he was came to europe because he wanted to conquer whole world.. so he started from europe and in europe from france ...in france he did many reforms like he removed guild restrictions and many other things which was called napoleanic code or code of 1804....but he also increased the taxes .....finally he was overthrown in the war of waterloo.
