He was born on 15 August 1769 in Ajaccio, France.He married twice his wives were Marie Louise who was the Duchess of Parma and Joséphine de Beauharnais.Napoleon Bonaparte died on 5 May 1821 in Longwood House.

Napoleon Bonaparte was a French military and political leader who rose to prominence during the latter stages of the French Revolution. He introduced Civil Code in 1804 , came to be known as, the Napoleonic Code. He established hegemony over most of continental Europe and sought to spread the ideals of the French Revolution.
