Explanation:
Alvardi Khan was nawab of Bengal from 1740 to 1756. He succeeded Nasiri Dynasty and took powers of nawab. Alvardi is also famous for his victory in the Battle of Burdwan that was fought against Marathas. He died at an age of 80 on 10th April, 1756. One of his grandchildren from his daughter’s side named Siraj ud-Daulah succeeded his throne at an age of 23.
