Nelson Mandela was the political leader of the blacks in South Africa. Nelson Mandela was one of those persons who dared to oppose the apartheid regime in their country.

His view was that blacks should be treated equally as the whites. They should also be given the right to live in any part of the country rather than living in a fixed black people's society.
