Robespierre was the leader of the Jacobin club. The steps taken by him to bring equality are as follows :-)
1. He forced the peasants to selling agricultural products on the fixed prices by the government.
2. He forced all the people to eat same types of breads made by wheat flour.
3. Slavery was abloished in French colonies.
4. Churches were close and buildings were converted into offices.

Robespierre was the leader of jacobins club. he was born on 6 may 1758 and died on 28 July 1794. his reign is referred as the reign of terror because during that time guillotined system was used and 1400 people were died during this period. he followed a policy of severe control and punishment.
