Answer:

Hi mate,

Here is your answer,

Maximilien Robespierre was a French ruler who was very strict and has a weird behavior. His region was considered to as a reign of Terror because it was a period were conflicts and dissenters have arisen. Many people were punished, killed and executed during this period. If he sees anyone oppressing his law and measures, then he will see him as an "enemy" and was punished and executed by a traditional method of execution called Guillotine. He introduced terrorising measures and laws in both administrative and financial fields. This is why his reign was known as a "reign of Terror".

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.
