Himanshupatel1: Sher Shah Suri was the founder of the Sur Empire in North India, with its capital at Delhi. An ethnic Pashtun, Sher Shah took control of the Mughal Empire in 1540. After his accidental death in 1545, his son Islam Shah became his successor.

Sher Shah original name was Farid Khan is father was pretty Jagirdar in Sasaram Bihar due to recipient management is father Jagir post period and all the presents cultivators and soldiers begin to admire him he then entered for service of the governor of Bihar who conferred the title of Sher khan on him he had gallantly killed a tiger single handedly.

Sher shah shuri was one of the most vigorous, capable and intelligent Muslim rurlers in Medieval Indian history.

He ruled from 1540 to 1545,A period of only five years. his weak successors ruled up to 1555.

Sheh shah suri original name was farid khan.Farid was the son of a petty jagirdar of sasaram ,in Bihar .farid entered in the service of the governor of Bihar ,who conferred on him the title of sher shan for his valour in killing a tiger single- handedly.

Before occupying the throne of Delhi in 1540 AD ,he gave crushing defeat to humayun at chausa and kanauj.
