From my sight every Pokémon is too powerful nor anyone is week just we are week if we are powerful then obviously our pokemon is powerful. People says that Arceus is the God so Arceus is being the most powerful. It depends upon the Combat Power (CP) and the Health Power (HP) of the Pokémon. In example Electric is week against Ground... But, in a episode it shows that SK Pichu and Ash Pikachu can easily beat a Cubone...... So, you think why, it was done because of their CP and HP and their trainers are too powerful.
