The Mughal Sarai descents of two great lineages of rules. Form their mothers side they were descents of Genghis Khan ( dead 1227), the mongol ruler who ruled over parts of China and centers Asia. From there father's side they were the successors of Timur (dead 1404) , the ruler of Iran , Iraq and modern-day Turkey.
