Who was the first man to draft a constitution for india

It was in 1935 that Indian leaders thought to get their clean slate, free from pre-independence doctrines. 1928- Motilal Nehru gave the first draft committee report. Draft committee was created by Lord Birkenhead, Secretary of State of India.
