Kim-il-Sung  was the first Supreme Leader of North Korea.

  • Kim Il Sung was born on April 15th, 1912  in Mangyongdae,  P'yong'annam-do, Japanese Korea. He was the founder of North Korea.
  • Kim Hyong-jik and Kang Pan-sok were his parents. He had two younger brothers.
  • He held the posts of 1st  Supreme Leader, 1st President, and 1st Premier of North Korea.
  • He was the 1st Supreme Leader of the country North Korea. He ruled North Korea from 1948 until his death in 1994.
  • He died on 8th July 1994  at age of  82 in  Hyangsan County, North P'yongan province, North Korea.

Kim-il-sung was first supreme leader of North Korea.

He was born at 15 april 1912 (north-Korea). After fighting against the Japanese during world war II, KIM-ILL-SUNG returned to Soviet-occupied North korea as a hero, he quickly amassed political power and in early 1950 he felt strong enough to unify Korea by force. On june 25, 1950, kim invaded South Korea and korean war. He ruled from the country's establishment in 1948 to 1974. He is also known as hero of North Korea as we salut his work.
