ur answer....
bhakti was regionally given by gods n goddesses such as vishu or shiva......it was spread through northwards to Tamil Nadu to Marashtra n Kerala .....

The First propogate of Bhakti in South India was Ramanuja.

Information:

Ramanuja (11th century) was the first among them. He gave philosophical justification for bhakti.....!!!!
