Who was the founder of q basic or we can say who was the developer?

John George kemeney was the founder of Q Basic. 'BASIC' stands for beginner all purpose symbolic instruction code, it was invented in 1963 at dartmouth college by the mathematician John George Kemeney and Tom kurtzas
