I think the answer should be Mohammed,Purboona and Kishori Mohan Bandyopadhyay.These three were his assistants.Though Purboona abandoned him later.

Kishori Mohan Bandyopadhyay was the Indian Scientist who worked as co-researcher of Sir Ronald Ross in finding that Anopheles mosquitoes are the carrier of Plasmodium for causing malaria. Hope it helps.
