The Kings of the Southern Upper Kingdom conquered the Lower Northern Kingdom in 3100 BCE so Uniting the two kingdoms. One of the victorious kings of upper Egypt was King Scorpion. His successor KING NARMER became the first king of the newly united Egypt.
