Lack Walesa is a Polish Politician who is now retired. As a charismatic leader who has been a champion for the rights of workers and labourers. He is known as developing the first Labour Union in the then Soviet-Poland more than 30 years ago and subsequently won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1983 for his work. He is the co-founder Solidarity, a non-government organisation fighting for the rights of people.
He became so popular in the post-Soviet Poland that he was elected as the President of the Country from 1990-1995.
He is still an active lecturer and activist working in Poland and abroad

Lech Walesha was the president of Poland in 1990.
First he was working in a shipyard of the city of Gdansk but when the strike began with a demand of taking a crane operator back he also joined the strike and he was choosen as the head of the strike. The strike began to spread across the whole city and they wanted to form independent trade unions. Then Walesha signed a 21 point agreement with the communist party which gave them the right to form independent trade unions. A new trade union SOLIDARITY was formed. In the election of April 1989 Walesha won the majority of seats and become popular and president of Poland.Lech Walesa was an electrician, a trade union activist and a human rights fighter and a politician. 

He founded Solidarity, the Soviet bloc's first independent trade union, won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1983, and served as President of Poland from 1990 to 1995.

He was an electrician who worked at the Gdansk shipyard in Poland. 

He organized the independent workers union Solidarity,in opposition to the Communist government work policies and practices in Poland in the 1980s.
