Permanent settlement system-In this settlement Rajas and Taluqdars were recognised as Zamindars.They were asked to collect the rent from the peasants and pay revenue to the company.The amount to be paid was fixed permanently and it was not increased in the future.Executed In Bengal.This system was introduced in 1793.This system was introduced to ensure a regular flow of revenue.Mahalwari SytemUnder this system the revenue was collected from village ,generated from the village land which was collectively owned by the village community.Executed in North west frontier Province.This system was devised by Holt Mackenzie in 1822.Ryotwari system-Under this system the Authorities entered into the settlement with the actual ryot or owner of the land.Executed in Madras and Bombay.This was implemented by Thomas munro in 1920.
