Purandar Singha was the last Ahom King to rule Ahom Kingdom in Assam. He became King twice. His first term lasted about 1 year (1818-1819) as Burmese attacked Assam and removed him from throne. Then British East India Company occupied Assam.

He moved toward becoming King twice. His first term kept going around 1 year as Burmese assaulted Assam and expelled him from position of royalty.
At that point British East India Company involved Assam. Sukapha or Chaolung Sukaphaa was the main King of Ahom Dynasty in Assam.
Sukaphaa was the organizer of Ahom Dynasty, which rule Assam for a long time.
