He firstly kept that sulphur ball over the wooden cradle through holes then he started rotating from the iron rod end the sulphur ball keeping his dry hand on sulphur ball.When it was charged the sulphur ball started attracting light object like feather.But when the feather is left like that on the sulphur ball it automatically repels after sometimes.
