The White Witch was the ruler of the land of Narnia. She wanted Mr.Tumnus to bring her the Daughter or Son of Adam or Eve if he ever saw them. She had threatened Mr.Tumnus by saying him that if he doesn't bring him a human, she will cut his horns, pluck his beard, make his clove Hoofs solid abd if she was extra and extremely angry with the faun,then she will turn him to a stone statue.
