Barbarians is word invented by the Greece for people who did not speak there language, and later others adapted the title for there own needs, so basically everybody who uses the word, indulges in what others label as, fascism.

In short, the word is used for people who are considered not understandable, which of coarse is foolish, everybody is understandable if you try hard enough.

So,, the word is used by lazy people who look down on others.
