A narrative poem with a dextrous use of personification ; the two main characters the louse and the mosquito are the indirect projection of the human personality. The louse symbolises a meek and naïve human being who is easily influenced by other. The mosquito on the other hand symbolises a person who dominates others and gets his will done unmindful of the harm he does to others.
