germania was the female allegory of Germany
she wears the crown which contains the german oak leaves symbolise the heroism
her sword show readiness to fight
and the olive leaves surrounded show willingness to have peace

In France , their allegory was named as " Marainne " , which is a popular Christian name . She underlined the idea of a people's nation .

Her Characterstics includes - a red cap, the trip colour, the cokade - which shows liberty and the republic.

Statues of Marainne were erected in public squares to remind the public of their national symbol of unity and to persuade them from to identify with it. Marainne images were marked on coins and stamps.

Germania is allegory of the German nation.

Germania wears a crown of Oak leaves which represents the German oak for heroism. Broken chains signifies being freed, sword with her signifies readiness to fight, Ray of rising sun signifies beginning of new era.
