Around 1970, Surontiko samin of randublatung village a teak forest village began a questioning of a state ownership.He said that state had not created a land,water,wood and earth so it could not own, soon a wide spread movement developed , around who support samin was samin son's in law. About 3000 families support his answer and gathered , whenever Dutch came to survey it the people laid down the land protest Dutch, refused to pay taxes and imposed rent on land.
