Answer:Sans Culottes were the poor and lower class of Paris during revolution. It was them who indeed started to be fed up with starving to death, crushed by unfair law and unfair taxes and killed and hanged for no reasons. So they were hangry and angry.
They were called “Sans culottes” ( without breeches) as they were wearing trousers and not breeches ( they were mainly workers)
