Hitler had made alliances with Japan, and Italy and he and Stalin signed a non-agression pact but in reality Stalin and Hitler weren't very good 'friends'

And his main enemies were the Allied nations including the U.S, Great Britain and France. As for the Soviet Union I guess you could say Stalin was a bit indecisive but that doesn't really matter cause you're asking about Hitler.
