Moderates were the Assertive Nationalists .
These people were revolutionary and favoured active Freedom Struggle.
They demanded nothing short of Swaraj.
They were not like the Early Nationalists.
Moderates preached liberalism , brotherhood and equality.
Some moderates were Lal, Bal ,Pal :
