The Rajput is a large multi-component cluster of castes. Rajputs which means son of a king trace their existence from modern day Rajasthan. They were called warriors in their time and were known for their honour, bravery, loyalty and kindness.
There are three types of rajputs:
I) Suryavanshi -descendant of sun
II) Agnivanshi - descendants of fire
III) Chandravanshi - descendants of moon.
