Peterkin and Wilhelmine are the two grandchildren of olf Kaspar.

Peterkin and Wilhelmine were little children and didn't knew anything about war and it's effects. They innocently ask Old Kaspar about the war and protest every time Old Kaspar says about the consequences of the war at Blenheim.

Hope this helps....

Answer:

The two grandchildren of old Kaspar were Wilhelmine and Peterkin.

The characters appear in Southey's poem "After Blenheim". The old man is the representation of the primitive ideologies related to war. His grandchildren represent the young generation who keep questioning everything. For the old Kaspar, the war was a matter to be glorified, while for the children it required concrete reasons to believe it.
