closure property - if a and b any two whole number then a + b and a × b are also a whole number

commutative property - if a and b are any two whole numbers then a + b = b + a and a × b = b×a

associative property - if a, b and c are any three whole numbers then (a + b ) + c = a + (b + c )

and (a×b) × c = a× (b× c)

distributive property - if a , b and c are any three whole numbers then a(b+c) = a×b + a×c

additive identity - if a is any whole number a+0=a=0+a

multicative identity - if a is any whole number then

a×1=a=1×a

multiplication by zero - if a is any whole number then a×0=0=0×a

division by zero - if a is any whole number then a÷0 is not defined
