1. Physical properties can be observed or measured without changing the composition of matter. Physical properties are used to observe and describe matter. Physical properties include: appearance, texture, color, odor, melting point, boiling point, density, solubility, polarity, and many others.

2. Some signs of a chemical change are a change in color and the          formation of bubbles. The five conditions of chemical change: color change, formation of a precipitate, formation of a gas, odor change, temperature change.

3. In test tube A - no change on litmus paper.

   Test tube B - It will change red litmus paper into blue.

    Test tube C - It will change blue litmus paper into red.

   Test tube D - no change on litmus paper.
