In a parallogram the opposite sides are equal, opposite angles are equal so, AB=DC, AD=BC.

   STEPS OF CONSTRUCTION:

            1) Draw a line segment AD=5 cm

            2) with A as center construct 60 degree

            3)with A as center draw an arc of radius 6 cm, mark it as B.

            4) with D as center draw an arc of radius 6 cm

            5) with B as center draw an arc of radius 5 cm , mark the intersecting point as c. Join ABCD. Hence ABCD is the required parallogram.
