For elephant,
m=250kg
area= 25 cm^2= 25*10^-4 m^2

Solution:

For girl,
P= F/A
  =mg/A
  =500*10/20*10^-4
  =250*10^4

For elephant,
P=mg/A
   =250*10/ 25*10^-4
   =100*10^4

Therefore, the girl exerts more pressure.
