Answer:

1) Gases are easier to compress than liquid solids because molecule of gases are very far from each other so that their intermolecular space is very high that but in case of liquids and solide molecules are near to each other that is why their inter molecular space is low and force between these molecules is very high that's why gases are easier to compress .

2) Solids have fixed volume and fixed shape while fluids only have fixed volume but not fixed shape
