ANSWER:

Labour is a vital factor or production for agriculture. Labour will be provided depending on the type of farmers/agricultural fields.

EXPLANATION:

Farmers who own small agricultural fields or are the owners of such lands he himself cultivates the field along with his family members and this way provides his own labour i.e. he and his family members are labourers here.

Large and Medium holding large and medium-sized lands hire labourers who are usually landless labourers to work on their farms. These landless labourers do not possess any rights over the cultivated crops or those growing on lands; however are paid wages on a day-to-day basis. Wages paid to such landless labourers can be in the form of kind or cash.
