a-she only took the amount which she thought would be sufficient for her,so she would not leave any food uneaten.if she wanted more,she could easily go back to the counter and serve herself.

b-the other people took a large amount of food without thinking twice and knowing whether they would be able to finish it or not.as a result,their tummies were full,they threw away the food without giving a thought about the fact it was wasted.

c-just take ideas from the internet lol
