Proof : In ∆AXY & ∆BYX,

XY = XY (common side)

∠XAY = ∠YBX = 90° ( XA⊥YA,YB⊥XB)

XA = YB (given)

∴ ∆AXY ≅ ∆BYX by SAS condition
