Who work gomasthas what are the reasons of conflicts between the gomasthas and the weavers?

gomasthas were giving loans and the weaver should give what they produce in a fixed period of time, if the weaver fail to do the job the gomasthas bring sepoys and beat them , so there was a fight between gomasthas and weavers
