A kind man/women because,like we're flying for the first time so they might give us some suggestions and etc

and after all we're going beside them for 10 hrs and we might (by mistake) might trouble them so that'll be easy to deal with

A knowledgeable person because if we might become bored so we can talk with them in subjects of our intrest which'll help us to get rid of our boredom
